Previous receptionist experience is a plus but not required

We are a small, diverse law firm focusing on family law, and currently have five attorneys, three paralegals, an office manager, and an operations manager. We are located in the West Plaza area, and this position will be required to work in-office.
In addition to answering phone calls and greeting clients, the receptionist will open and close the lobby and direct people to other offices in the building as needed. Other tasks include light cleaning/organizing of small kitchen and break room, booking conference rooms for attorneys and paralegals, accepting packages, upkeep of lobby and plants, and assisting other team members on small projects as needed when there is downtime. No two days are the same!
Receptionist will also assist in planning of seasonal events for the firm and building, which can include ordering food and setting up/breaking down events.
This position will work directly with the office manager and operations manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
