Job Summary
As a Field Manager in our Indianapolis Division, you will manage the construction and delivery of our new homes ensuring quality, timeliness, cost, and customer satisfaction. The Field Manager will serve as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home they are overseeing. The most rewarding part of this role is being able to look back on cul-de-sacs, streets, and ultimately neighborhoods and taking great pride in being the builder that created the community.
