About the team
The team leads strategic portfolio management which owns the processes for selecting, prioritizing, and scheduling resources within a line of business/product/portfolio of programs, projects, and initiatives used to meet strategic goals and objectives.
The focus is primarily on ensuring strategy execution alignment, portfolio governance, change management, and visibility for strategic decision making.
As a Trusted Partner and Advisor, the portfolio manager will participate with business line short-term and long-range planning, provide insights and contribute to identification of strategic priorities and monitors plans to ensure strategic priorities are realized.
What you will be doing
· Drive processes to move approved capital initiatives through to execution – capital prep, prioritization, funding, budget setup, granular business reporting, monitoring, recourses.
· Stakeholder collaboration to establish an annual/budgetary strategic investment portfolio.
· Ongoing facilitation for prioritization of new and existing initiatives
· Process / workflow initiation for resource allocation and financial system reporting.
· Monthly Reporting and analysis of portfolio performance.
· Stewardship of product investment portfolio budget – ensure capital budgets remain within a small tolerance, assist with forecasts and variance analysis.

· Strong analytical skills to formulate portfolio position, understand trends and recommend actions.
· Banking and/or Financial Services Product Management Experience.
· Ability to collaborate across the organization, and at any level.
· Relationship Builder.
· Financial Acumen.
Bonus if you have
· PowerBi report building.
· Experience using our Tools such as Clarity, Planview, Rally, Jira, Sigma.
· Understanding of financial reporting with an emphasis on capital management.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,430.00 - $146,880.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
