As the Vice President, Private Lending Portfolio Manager at Noble Capital Group, your primary responsibility will be to manage the firms Private Lending Portfolio consisting of residential investment real estate including single family housing, and Multi-unit Subdivisions, Condo and Townhouse projects. As the Senior Private Lending Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of private lending asset management, fund management and investment management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational performance of individual loans and the portfolio as whole. The ideal candidate for this role should be an accomplished Executive Leader with a proven history in Private Lending Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets. Operating with Institutional Grade Operational Excellence & Compliance is crucial. The VP is expected to embody an ownership and entrepreneurial mentality, playing a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development path of the company. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes, as the dynamic nature of the team ensures that no two days are the same.
