FirstService Residential is Hiring a Talent Management Specialist Near Hollywood, FL

Job Overview:

The Talent Management Specialist supports business leaders and HR teams throughout the region serving as subject matter expert and delivering talent management guidance. This individual plans, executes, and drives critical talent management processes, maintaining key metrics and reporting. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Management, they also facilitate critical leadership development and effectiveness programs. Some specific areas of focus include but are not limited to onboarding, performance management, succession planning, leadership and team development, and training.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to implement talent management and development programs, processes, and tools throughout the region, including but not limited to: associate skill/competency development, onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Executes talent development programs and training.
  • Educates business leaders and HR partners on essential Talent management tools, initiatives, and processes.
  • Actively engages and works collaboratively with leaders and HR partners to achieve talent management objectives.
  • Tracks regional metrics for evaluating talent management and related training effectiveness. Generates standard and ad-hoc metrics and reports using human resources information systems, performance management systems, and learning management systems.
  • Serves as a regional system administrator for various Talent Management and Training information systems and programs. Serves as liaison between the corporate development team and the region.
  • Conducts periodic process audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Works with local HR partners to track progress related to talent management and process execution.
  • Designs talent management and training-related SOPs and process guides.
  • Works on special projects and programs as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred, or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related experiences/project management with broad exposure to HR and business processes
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HRIS Systems, including data mining, manipulation, analysis, and/or report development
  • Project Management experience is strongly preferred
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and confidential conduct.
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
  • Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
