Job Overview:
The Talent Management Specialist supports business leaders and HR teams throughout the region serving as subject matter expert and delivering talent management guidance. This individual plans, executes, and drives critical talent management processes, maintaining key metrics and reporting. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Management, they also facilitate critical leadership development and effectiveness programs. Some specific areas of focus include but are not limited to onboarding, performance management, succession planning, leadership and team development, and training.
