Job Overview :

ThePorteris responsibleforcreating a warm and welcoming environment by assisting residents in a variety of areas.

Your Responsibilities :

• Performs a variety of duties as assigned including but not limited to :
• Assisting residents / guests with luggage
• Logging / delivering packages
• Valeting cars
• Maintaining driveway.
• Spot checks and minor cleaning of amenity spaces.
• Report all property discrepancies to Supervisor

Skills & Qualifications :

• Previousexperience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequired.

High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Capable of working extended hours,includingevenings,weekendsandholidaysas necessary.

• Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so thatvarious typesof communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.
• Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting,carryingand moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.

This movement can occur throughout the day.Mustalso be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.

• This position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting,inanoutdoorssetting with variable climate and lighting.
• Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.

For safety reasons,employeesmust remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns.

Compensation : $26.00perhour
