Our Client is a CPA Firm that specializes in helping small and mid-sized business navigate the world of tax and business accounting. They are looking for an experienced office admin to join their team in their Columbia, MD office.

Responsibilities include:

· Administrative & Clerical Support to our internal team and clients

· Provide quality & professional customer service to all calls, emails and walk in guests.

· Handle & transfer incoming telephone calls.

· Appointment Scheduling using outlook & ring central

· Electronic filing/scanning, mail handling & some data entry

· Assembly of Payroll & Tax Documents for mail, pickup or portal

· Manage office supply orders

· Other duties associated with firm operation that may not be listed here

Requirements:

· Organizational skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multitask

· Ability to work quickly but accurately

· Ability to work independently with completion of projects on time.

· Previous office experience preferred but not required

· Excellent customer service skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office products
