Our client is an industry leader in property management in the mid-Atlantic region. They are currently in need of an experienced Compliance Specialist to join their team at a property in Columbia, MD.

Job Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturdays as needed.

General Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with all third-party regulations within the assigned property/properties.

• Tax Credit experience
• Recertification process experience
• Yardi and Rent Cafe experience
• LIHTC experience
• 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• Customer Service and interaction with current and future tenants.
• Strong understanding of Tax Credit and Section 8 programs.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office products and property management software.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Reliable transportation.
