Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to join our team. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Perform account reconciliations and analysis to identify discrepancies or errors

-Process payroll and insurance

-Familiarity with labor laws, investments & planning, and new regulations

- History of and interest in improving company organization, reviewing documents, composing and sending notices, and general day-to-day tasks

- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes

- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes

- Conduct account analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement

- Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial auditing principles and practices

- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis

- Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles

- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and reconciliation

- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite

- Russian bilingual a plus
