Role: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning, design, and execution of all digital marketing strategies that support the objectives and goals set by Senior Management. This person will deeply understand various digital channels and technologies, playing a pivotal role in driving member engagement and optimizing our digital presence.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Performance Measurements:
1. Meet or exceed the credit union's planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service objectives as stated in the business plan.
2. Accomplish all assigned projects in accordance with applicable credit union policy and procedures as well as compliance with any state and federal rules and regulations keeping management informed of any problematic areas.
3. Stays current on emerging technology/trends in web-based communications as well as established system capabilities and proactively suggests changes to current delivery and tools; participates in efforts to improve the quality of website and other digital channels as required.
4. Reinforce company culture, providing, accurate service and support to all members and associates.
5. Analyzing large amounts of information and distill key points.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Credit Union, Financial Institution, or Marketing industry. Proven experience in collaborating with external vendors. Hands-on experience managing websites developed with Content Management Systems (e.g., Kentico, Sitefinity, Sitecore). Expertise in creating customer journeys and executing email campaigns through Marketing Automation Systems (e.g., Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Braze). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. Strong proficiency in utilizing SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Moz, SEMrush, or similar tools. Skilled in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Results-oriented approach to achieving marketing objectives.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of driving digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the financial industry is a plus. Education - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field is required.

Relevant certifications like Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
Experience with Agile Marketing and project management systems (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
