We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our digital marketing strategies to the next level.
Position Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. You will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engage customers, and ultimately increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a keen eye for analytics, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and expand customer acquisition profitably.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Contribute to growth in other channels such as SEO, social, email, etc.
• Leverage data to continuously test and improve performance. Provide regular reporting on performance and trends. Be able to present metrics to leadership in a clear and concise way.
• Oversee internal and external resources/agencies in assisting with campaign execution. Collaborate cross functionally with the team (e.g. sales, design, etc).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Past experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of hand-on execution, and data-driven testing and optimization.
• Desire to own a target and deliver on it (leads, revenue, ROAS, etc).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, video and display advertising.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
