Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our ABX team. This position is responsible for creating virtual and in-person events, coordinating third party conferences sponsorships, and working directly with our sales and customer success teams to enable them to meet their accounts in the field in order to drive and accelerate pipeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across North America. Your role will be critical in expanding our market presence and establishing 6sense as a market leader.

You should love working with marketing and sales leaders to discover where we can innovate to deliver a superior experience. You should be passionate about getting quick wins and also value taking programs from “good enough” to “really good.” We use great technology, especially our own. You should be a technology enthusiast, willing to try new things and be on the leading edge of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities:

● Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans across North America, including demand generation, event marketing, and account-based marketing.

● Event Management: Plan, organize, and oversee field events, such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, and webinars. Ensure events align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

● Budget Management: Effectively manage the field marketing budget to ensure the best ROI for marketing activities and campaigns.

● Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Report on the impact that field events have on top target accounts, including account engagement and pipeline growth. This includes ensuring that attribution is being correctly and properly reported.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and other teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Collaborating with ABX team on programs that drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity and engagement.

Qualifications:

● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on field marketing.

● Knowledge of Salesforce and 6sense required.

● Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around field marketing performance

● In-depth knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends and competition.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing targets.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization

Base Salary Range: $97,500 to $149,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
