Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from tenants and prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate and organized tenant files and records
- Assist with lease preparation and renewal process
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with vendors and maintenance staff
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing property listings

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and fair housing policies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in file management, data entry, and office software applications
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and staff members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
