**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of Apartments, grounds, buildings and common areas.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on apartments, occupied and vacant

- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs

- Repairs of occupied and vacant units, common areas, property, buildings.

- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Strong electrical and plumbing knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs

- Mechanical knowledge to optimize equipment performance

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal departments
