**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining vacant/occupied units, buildings, common areas and the grounds of an apartment community., ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.
**Duties:**
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform various groundskeeping tasks
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscapes by mowing, edging, and trimming
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Perform landscape maintenance such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
