Fireside Home Solutions is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Auburn, WA

Position Type: Full-time, Salary

Location: In Office; Auburn, WA

Wage Scale: $67,728.00-$85,000.00

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, support and provide training and development of Customer Service Reps
  • Ensure department maintains a positive impact on customers and is achieving set goals
  • Prepares, reviews and analyzes various customer service reports on a regular basis
  • Provides consultations/guidance for escalated customers
  • Maintain and oversee office including, but not limited to scheduling maintenance for building and office equipment, maintaining break area and other areas
  • Accurately process orders, application forms and requests into systems
  • Back-up for customer service team and receptionist
  • Other duties maybe assigned
  • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

Requirements:

  • Minimum three-years management experience preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Must be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office equipment
  • Hands on experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to develop strong relationships with locations and customers
