Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years Call Center OR Customer Service Experience (preferably in the HVAC industry)
- Experience using multi-line phone systems.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and Outlook.
- Housecall Pro experience a PLUS
- QuickBooks experience a PLUS
- Mechanical permit experience a PLUS
- Must be detailed oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player, self-starter and results oriented with little supervision.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections.
- Valid Driver’s License and legally authorized to work in the US.
- High School Education or Equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive high volume inbound customer service calls to schedule appointments for service, inspections, maintenances and update existing client information.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Assist with schedule board and the dispatch of technicians.
- Prepare mechanical permits for new installations.
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
- Collect outstanding balances from customers.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
