The Landing Dispensary in Cincinnati is looking for Customer Experience Representatives to assist store guests in selecting appropriate medical or adult-use cannabis products for their specific needs. Reporting to the General Manager, Customer Experience Representatives are expected to provide best-in-class hospitality and consultation to every guest by engaging in one-on-one interactions from the moment a guest enters the store.
Store hours: Monday-Saturday 10-8, Sunday 11-5. Shift may include evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time openings.
Benefits: Full-time includes insurance, paid time off and product purchase discount and/or patient-employee product purchase plan. Part-time includes employee product purchase plan.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of age.
- 2 years of recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience.
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and the natural function of the endocannabinoid system in the human body.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
