Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of phone etiquette, retail management, and sales techniques
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in the industry
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications
- Excellent shift management skills, including scheduling and delegation
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
