Vssi is Hiring a MB PCB Production Supervisor (FT) Near Grapevine, TX
- Using weekly manufacturing schedules and daily priorities, assigns tasks and assignments to hourly teammates. Monitors work to ensure proper completion.
- Trains new hire teammates to know the process and assigned tasks.
- Monitors teammates efforts to ensure daily, defined outputs. Investigates incidents, identifies production line issues and devises solutions.
- Monitors, adjusts, and/or identifies need for repair/testing of equipment and/or processes in assigned segment of the operational processes.
- Completes production documentation. Verifies that hourly time records reflect the work performed.
