We are seeking an experienced & results driven Internet Sales/ New Car Specialist. This position will oversee our digital lead generation system. Experience working in retail automotive is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, Finance Manager or BDC Rep are encouraged to apply. Sign on bonus available based on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes
• The lead generation process
• Oversee CRM usage & adoption by your team
• Coach techniques for generating appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
