RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handles inbound and makes outbound sales calls to book Sales Department appointments.

* Identifies customers' needs or concerns accurately and effectively.

* Communicates effectively with customers via phone calls, text messaging, and email within established time frames.

* Contributes to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
