This full-time Project Manager role is responsible for the implementation of systems comprising Exostar's major product lines for Exostar’s customers. This role is directly responsible for successful customer outcomes leveraging Exostar technology for projects with budgets between $50k and $5m and durations between 3 to 24 months. 

A critical success factor for the position will be to establish long-term consultative relationships with customers, and to leverage our learning and intellectual property into a sustainable and differentiated value proposition for the Company. This role requires a technical and self-motivated individual, who is results-oriented, has excellent communication skills, exhibits a high degree of corporate maturity, is absolutely committed to client relationship and integrity, and requires little oversight.

Fundamental Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive successful outcomes for Exostar and our customers across multiple concurrent high-profile professional services projects
• Keep detailed project plans to coordinate project activities across different teams
• Track and report on progress of project deliverables
• Consistently monitor potential risks & issues and proactively drive mitigation and remediation plans
• Establish customer expectations and ensure they are met or exceeded
• Manage projects to agreed-on budgets in terms of Exostar hours, subcontractor hours, and other costs
• Supervise subcontracted resources to ensure quality and on-time, on-budget delivery
• Provide leadership and direction to team members through all phases of execution
• Develop a strong working rapport with customers and team members
• Provide clear communication on project status, budgets, and risks/issues to PS management & company executives
• Occasionally assist with pre-sales activities including project estimation, project scope definitions, proof of concepts, and other technical sales support

• Successfully managed multiple customer-facing professional services projects for enterprise-class customers

• Technologically savvy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
• Must be U.S. Citizen, per client requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions to customers
