Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant PM experience to include a minimum of one year direct support to the Sponsor (prefer more than one year of PM experience in support of the Sponsor) 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong executive presence 
• Excellent communication-oral and written 
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, MS SharePoint, and Windows operating system version 10 or later 
• Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
  • best practices studies
  • business case analysis 
  • creative problem solving 
  • decision briefing
  • project management processes
  • project activity implementation
  • risk management
  • strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP and/or PMI-RMP certification (any project management/change management certifications are highly sought after)
• Agile Scrum and JIRA for Agile experience 
• Lean Six Sigma- Any Belt
• Electronic workflow and data interface planning proficiency 
• Tableau proficiency
• Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
  • benchmarking/metrics
  • business planning 
  • business process reengineering 
  • change management
  • data modeling
  • facilitation
  • organizational assessment 
  • organizational restructure/design
  • organizational restructure/implementation
