The Sales Director, EMEA will report to the Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing and will lead the commercial activities for that region. This is a strategic role that will help define and execute the growth strategy, build a team of RSMs to cover the region, and develop new markets and channel partners.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and focused on deliverables that add value to the organization. He or she will have experience with B2B selling practices and in working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This person must be able to work strategically (generating new ideas to drive growth) and at the tactical level (executing campaigns, performance coaching territory sales, territory sales, excel at prospecting, converting leads, building relationships, and closing business.).
The candidate will be a self-motivated, quick learner, with a bias for action. The candidate will possess strong negotiating skills, the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way and be comfortable presenting in front of groups. The person must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, to ensure a culture of success is maintained.

This is a remote position, and the employee will be required to manage his/her workspace within their home. The work area must look professional, no offensive language or art in background/ camera frame, and free from disruptions. This role frequently engages in video calls with partners, the area should represent the values of Purafil, or a virtual background may be used. Professional and business casual clothing must be worn to look presentable on all calls. The role also demands travel to partner and end user locations. Travel approximately 50%.
