The ones who like to work with a team for something bigger than they can gain alone.Establish new business by leveraging existing personal contacts, cold calling, networking and following up on leadsDevelop customer loyalty by building strong sustainable relationships with physicians and office staffManage and support all existing accounts in the territory to maximize revenueDeliver sales goals while respecting expense budgetsProvide regular updates to Regional Manager on prospects, pipeline and monthly volume forecastsBuild commitment from physicians and staff to implement a long-term program for regular monitoring of all patientsGather competitor intelligence from the territory and provide information to manager and corporate executive teamFacilitate physician educational programs in the territory with guidance from regional managerQualify existing accounts and prospects to determine insurance mix and ensure profitable revenue for the companyUnlimited earning potential with no-cap commission structor Qualifications Minimum of three years’ experience in medical salesPrior experience in Pain Management, Durable Medical Equipment, Pharmaceutical, and/or Toxicology Sales preferredSales performance ranking within top ten percent of sales forceStrong closing skillsCreative and effective cold calling skillsOrganizational skills and prior experience managing a geographic territoryCommitted to aggressive volume growth curveExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPolished clinical presentation skillsHigh energy level and ability to develop sales rapidlyUncompromising ethics and integritySelf starter who works well independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain a home officeRegular overnight travel within the territory and to attend designated conferences, company meetings Additional InformationWe are looking for experienced sales people that are good with cold phone leads and has a high close rate.
