GENERAL FUNCTION :
Member of a highly productive, industry leading team of phone / email-based treasury sales professionals responsible for business development (new and cross-selling), client service excellence, client retention, and client consultations via phone and email.
Revenue growth and client retention are paramount. Highly motivated members who work under a One Bank team approach to understand the business environments, strategies, and industries of assigned clients to best determine the financial needs and appropriate working capital management solutions to provide.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
