Position Description:
Provides financial analysis and support to the Asset Management Quantitative Research & Investments’ management team. Develops financial, cost-benefit, and forecasting models to support business decisions. Creates profitability models for new investment products, business initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities. Analyzes financial, market, and business data using R, Microsoft Office suite, SQL, Domo, and Tableau. Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial data. Provides analytics to management to drive initiatives. Supports the planning process including strategy development, multi-year plan, budget, and forecasts. Oversees and analyzes monthly results including assets, flows, market share, expense, headcount, and profitability. Builds and maintains financial data dashboards. Organizes and analyzes data to summarize findings for executive review.

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Audit Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing financial analysis, data analytics, and building sophisticated models.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Audit Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing financial analysis, data analytics, and building sophisticated models.
