**CONTACT CENTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER**
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Contact Center to give the best experience for customers. The candidate will be responsible for building a customer experience focused culture through tasks that include but are not limited to performance management, employee engagement, hiring talent, helping to implement new products and projects, quality assurance management, and escalated issue resolution. The candidate must have experience in supervising a team providing customer service and problem solving.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent) required, a bachelors degree in business related field preferred. A minimum of five years of customer service experience and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment required. Strong verbal and written communication as well as excellent organizational skills required.
