As a Referral Partner, you'll have the opportunity to work with a well-established insurance provider, offering cutting-edge solutions to help businesses navigate the complexities of healthcare costs. All while offering HUGE tax incentives and savings to your clients.

All training provided. No experience is necessary. This is a commission only position with uncapped income.

Job Description:

• Target Audience: Approach businesses nationwide with over 25 employees.

• Product Offering: Share supplemental health insurance information to key decision makers

• Value Proposition: Our product is paid for through employee FICA tax withholdings, resulting in increased company bottom lines and more take-home pay for employees.

• Sales Process: Build relationships, introduce the product, and set appointments for presentations. You are not a closer! You simply use existing networks, cold calling, social media or any other means you are comfortable with to connect to businesses.

• Follow-up: Assist with follow-up calls to finalize the contract and ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

Commission only with no income cap. Your earnings are directly proportional to the number of employees participating in the insurance program. This can provide supplemental income or act as a full-time opportunity. This position is completely 1099 contract/independent.

Commission example: XYZ Company has 500 employees and wants to participate in the Champ Plan Supplemental Health Insurance Program. 450 employees opt in. You are paid $3 per opted-in employee, monthly. $1,350/month while XYZ company is under contract. Company contracts will renew annually. Rate increase with contracts signed.
