Job Duties & Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with guest questions to provide an easy and engaging customer experience Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies while maintaining a clean work area Clean all areas of furnished accommodations and common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms including detailed cleaning as required Operate laundry equipment and handle all linens and other laundered items Inspect furnished accommodations for pests and maintenance issues Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests Communicate product shortage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor Other duties as assigned, including duties at the amusement park Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns Strong communication skills with a complete understanding of English preferred Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends Ability to work in a team or alone as needed Working Conditions: Requires standing for long periods, ability to walk long distances within the park Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 50 pounds Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders Team member benefits: Working at Lake Compounce is about making people happy.
