Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing day to day operations of campground rooms including training, accountability, restroom cleanliness and sanitation. Roles & Responsibilities: Cleans and maintains all restrooms facilities used by guests inside the rooms and/or campground Cleans rooms as a member of the team as needed TM placement and break rotation Train team members on cleanliness procedures. Utilize approved chemicals/PPE in order to effectively clean any/all protein spills Practices, teaches and enforces proper safety guidelines adhering to company policy and local Health Department requirements Manages Team Member and Lead activities ensuring all break and labor guidelines are followed Leads team in Guest Service interactions and friendliness standards Maintains cleanliness of campground areas Interfaces with warehouse on product and supply needs Interfaces with maintenance on all equipment or physical plant needs Completes schedules as required according to company guidelines Other duties as assigned Requirements Education: High School diploma recommended Languages: English Skills: Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel Leadership – Inspire others to achieve results, establish credibility throughout the organization and maintain a visible leadership role in appropriate industry, community and business organizations as necessary Problem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner Project Management: Understand and manage projects from concept to completion. This position is subject to outside environmental conditions. Shifts include days, weekends, and holidays.
