The Ride Supervisor ensures the Ride Park department runs efficiently and safely. We are currently looking for a: Castle Park - Ride Supervisor I Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily operation of rides and attractions Assign team members to rides daily given they have appropriate certification Collect daily checklists after Ride Operators have completed Ensure proper training in accordance with DOSH Audit team members daily to ensure safe operation of rides, and that they are exceeding guests’ expectations Proactively deal with guest and team member concerns Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance Respond appropriately and quickly to ride emergencies Complete nightly reports including labor hours and damage logs Administer discipline to team members as needed Ensure breaks are given in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete any tasks as requested by Operation Supervisor or Management Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws Team member benefits: Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful. Skills: Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Problem Solving/Analysis – Define problems and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner Flexibility – Maintain a flexible work schedule Experience: NA Other: Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs Do not miss the chance to spark your career now!
