Description

As a Sales Development Rep, you will be an integral part of our sales team. You'll identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Compensation

Base salary of 38k plus commission.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Qualify leads to assess their fit for our products/services.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to transition qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and embody our company values.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex concepts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
