Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

  • Nice to have proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in micro-ingredients industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
  • Experience as an outside sales, field sales, account manager, account executive, sales manager is a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am-5:30pm (Including one hour lunch break)

Salary Structure: Base Commission

Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
