Program Description
The goal of the Crisis Antioch Response Program is to provide 24-hour alternative response services to low-level 911 calls from Antioch Residents. The AQCRT non-police personnel can assist with crisis intervention and connect individuals to community-based services/resources. Resident involvement with this program is voluntary and the team's response will focus on de-escalation, mitigation, and prevention of repeated non-life-threatening emergency situations. Implementation of the AQCRT Program will build a collaborative network of service providers in the City of Antioch, provide a safer response to behavioral health, quality of life and low threshold medical calls and allow law enforcement personnel to focus their efforts on major emergencies and investigative efforts. Data collection activities from the CART Program will support opportunities for evaluation and inform strategies for improvement.
Position Summary
Under the general guidance of the Program Director, the Data Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative functions of the AQCRT program. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate the following:
Pre reviews for uploaded material
Data reconciliation
Data entry to CIRCE and other electronic record keeping programs
Monitor contract requirements
Manage compliance binders
Maintain data, generates and formats reports and other documents using full range of computer software skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database management and HER
May assume responsibility for special projects related to the Agency, Division and Program functions
Review and approve supply requisitions, controlling correspondence
Design filing systems
Maintain office operations and procedures
Assist in set up and scheduling of training as necessary
Prepares ROEs, payment of invoices, reimbursement, etc
Assist Program Director/ Team Lead in monitoring program objective targets, completion of monthly reports and summaries ( productivity reports, compliance requirements, etc)
Reconciles in monthly billings
Attends meetings/training related to administrative and quality assurance matters and disseminate information to staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years experience in an assistant/supportive role
Knowledge of Computer applications related to the work. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of a variety of computer software (ie Microsoft word, excel and access, power point, Adobe)
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Time management skills
Ability to prioritize projects and follow through
Ability to work independently with direction and support
Standard office practices and procedures, including records management.
Communicating effectively in oral and written forms.
Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic ethnic and cultural backgrounds, in person and over the telephone.
