The Global Operations team at Feedonomics

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have THE best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. As part of our Global Operations team is the Advertising team, which is a client-centric team supporting a fully managed solution that streamlines feed optimization, product listing, and data synchronization for hundreds of paid search, social media, and affiliate channels. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Onboarding Manager Is responsible for Feedonomics client onboarding experience for our Advertising Channel. You will also be responsible for coaching and training of Feedonomics onboarding domestic team. In addition, you will be providing guidance to questions and concerns regarding the Feedonomics platform and enabling retailers and agencies to advertise on Marketing Channels. This role requires you to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.

The Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Onboarding leaders and team members to ensure a world-class service is being provided to customers
  • Consistently coach and mentor team for continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback to individuals and set goals for future development
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings with other leads for process updates and reviews
  • Coordinate escalations with teams and work with Sr Manager Global Operations to perform root-cause analysis
  • Extract learning opportunities from root cause analysis to improve quality of service
  • Suggest new improvements to technology that will directly enhance user and client experience
  • Manage client/partner complaints, suggestions, and compliments
  • Utilize capacity reports to assess the needs of the team and ensure the number of resources are aligned with current and future workload
  • Create reports and dashboards to enhance team awareness of potential issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide cross-training opportunities
  • Review team member’s written communication with clients and provide feedback
  • Review monthly Continuous Improvement reports and provide feedback to team members

The Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in a leadership role in Operations 
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills in roles of increased responsibility
  • Ability to identify and improve processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build, motivate, and develop strong technical teams 
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and to manage multiple deadlines
  • Can work autonomously but still remain in sync with the larger team and client goal
