The Global Operations team at Feedonomics

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have THE best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. Our Global Operations for Marketplaces team is an outstanding team supporting clients listing their products on top shopping destinations like Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Target Plus! Just listing on these shopping destinations doesn’t translate to immediate success and it is our Marketplace Operations team who is there to support each client along their marketplaces journey. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24/7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full-service feed management experience for advertisers.

The Role

The Marketplace Enterprise Onboarding Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing, training, and empowering employees across the Onboarding Management team. You will have a strong understanding of the Feedonomics and FeedAMP platforms to offer the team support while onboarding clients. You will work closely with the Marketplace leadership team to analyze client deadlines and resolve any inefficiencies. You will facilitate weekly team meetings to communicate updates to policy or procedure, as well as gauge the overall well-being of the team. This role directly reports to the Director of Global Operations, Marketplaces. 

The Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Marketplace Enterprise Onboarding Managers for general questions, training, and resolve client escalations.
• Perform quality checks on individual work performance, identify training needs, and provide coaching ensuring that production goals are met and facilitating career growth.
• Analyzing trends of incoming client requests and create strategic solutions to be implemented as best practices
• Manage implementation and adoption of new processes across the team
• Update and create best practices for onboarding new clients
• Manage escalations and partner cross-functionally to complete root-cause analysis
• Identify platform issues that could be causing interruptions and partner with the Marketplace Solutionist to resolve
• Train new hires following a checklist to ensure consistent efficiencies with the team’s knowledge
• Determine which analysts can support our clients efficiently and effectively throughout the onboarding process
• Report feedback to Sr. leadership to ensure that the team has the tools needed to excel in their work
• Monitor reports to ensure the Marketplace Enterprise Onboarding Managers are completing onboarding requests in given SLAs

The Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Marketplaces
• 2 years of experience using Feedonomics or a similar technology
• 1 year of experience as a people manager or a team leader. 
• Hands-on experience with top Marketplaces
• Excel, HTML, or SQL experience 
• A can-do attitude and team-centric
• Ability to build, motivate, and develop strong technical teams 
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong passion and drive to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
