As the IT System Administrator, you will help shape the end-user technology experience at BigCommerce from onboarding on. You will work with key stakeholders at Feedonomics to understand their technology needs and collaborate with them to implement the best solution.You will be in charge of backend systems, including but not limited to, implementing updates, security and compliance changes and adjusting existing protocols and settings to meet team and security demands. You will lead multiple projects to enhance security, compliance and overall user experience, while working with the IT team and all related stakeholders to roll out implementations. You will also serve as a point of contact to assist IT team members with complex issues and escalations.
