Under moderate supervision, designs, develops and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Uses advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis. Leads peer analysis in sales and/or solutions. May mentor less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions. Develops recommendations for moderate to complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes managing cross departmental projects. Presents solutions to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field. Minimum four (4) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Excellent analytical skills. Superior demonstrated skills with current technology tools/advances and other database/analytical tools. Proven interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent * in Business, Finance, Economic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management in lieu of a Master's degree plus 2 years of experience. Must have experience with the following: Develop and implement quantitative analysis of complex business scenarios; Information Theory Algorithms; Data query, analysis, and interpretation: Spotfire, Tableau, SAS, Power BI, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, Toad Data Point, Oracle; Programming in Python, R programming, SAS Base, groovy DSL, C, Java and Visual Basic, Ab Initio; Predictive Modeling. Excellent analytical skills. Superior demonstrated skills with current technology tools/advances and other database/analytical tools. Proven interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.
