Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Fabric to develop and maintain impactful BI solutions. You should be passionate about delivering visualizations and analytics that unlock insights for our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy scorecards, KPIs and reports that will turn data into actionable insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs. Need to be able to understand business context, identify critical data and develop and deliver KPIs and scorecards that will help support our fast-growing company.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data and reports, and troubleshoot any issues or problems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and usage of data analytics solutions and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the data analytics field and explore new opportunities and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics management, development, or analysis, preferably in a large and complex organization.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Bi development including DAX and Power Query (M).
- Experience with cloud scale data platforms and technologies like Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lakes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in B2B commerce, operations, and supply chain domains in a manufacturing organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O data model, including SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Finance modules is a plus.
