Job Description:

• Assist with daily living activities. This includes deliveringmeals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and

providing plenty of fresh water,as well as extra nourishment between meals

• Help patients with personalhygiene. Provide patients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showers

• Provide adjunct care for thepatient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings and therapeutic baths

• Check vital signs and recorddaily information in the patient's chart

• Assist the nurses and otherstaff as needed

• Adhere to professionalstandards.

Requirements:

• License issued by the State ofNJ

• TB or chest x-ray

• Physical Report

• Flu shot (This season)

• Covid Test Report

• CPR

• Candidate must know Software:Point Click Care
