JobDescription:
·RBTs are responsible for providing direct care to clients and implementing behavior interventionplans.
·Theywork under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) andcollaborate with other members of the treatment team.
·RBTsmust have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely withclients and their families.
·Theymust be able to explain treatment plans and progress to others in a clear andconcise manner.
·RBTsmust have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesand techniques.
·Theymust be able to implement treatment plans accurately and make adjustments asneeded based on data collected during each session.
