Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking an On-call Office Manager to oversee operations at Tampa office facility.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with management of the Tampa facility.
• Coordinate logistics of shipping and receiving.
• Facilitate customer and OEM visits to the facility.
• Coordinate administrative services.
• Oversee safety and security for the facility.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must have 2 years’ experience working cross-functional, large projects.

• 2-5 years of experience in operational function such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, process improvement, etc.

• Strong communications skills required, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Desired/Preferred Skills:

• Deductive reasoning ability.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Strategic leadership skills.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

Working Conditions: On-Call

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements: 

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: 

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
