DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time counseling position in human services works during daytime hours.

In this counseling role at our human services nonprofit, you're the one responsible for bringing in new peeps to join our squad and make our on-site and online student enrollment skyrocket! You're the ultimate smooth talker, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and setting up meet-and-greet sessions with potential clients like HR directors and school admins.

And that's not all - you're also a master of creating opportunities for our students. From internships to job placements, you make sure they're getting the best of the best. As if that wasn't enough, you also prepare quarterly goals and forecasts for the future. Talk about being organized!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SUPERVISOR - LEAD CASE MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in vocational rehabilitation, case management, or a related field OR equivalent experience deemed acceptable by our agency
• Covid-19 vaccination
