Feast & Fettle is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join our fantastic team in East Providence, Rhode Island. You’ll join the customer experience fanatics on our member support crew, ensuring our Feast & Fettle members want to shout from the rooftops about their 5 star experience with our service.
This opening is for a Sunday-Thursday, in-office work week. Typical schedule:
Sunday and Monday: 8am-4pm
Tuesday and Wednesday: 12pm-8pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm

Each day at our East Providence production kitchen, we freshly prepare, cook, and package our menu items, and then hand-deliver these high-quality meals from our weekly menus to our retail locations and our member base across the Northeast.

What does a Member Services Specialist at F&F do?
Listen to and address member concerns with kindness and care
Respond to member inquiries across all channels: e-mail, live chat, social, phone
Get creative in making our members’ day with personalized responses
Team up with our Delivery Drivers and Production pros to resolve issues pronto, especially on delivery days when our carefully prepared meals are making their way to our member’s homes!
Build up our treasure trove of FAQ knowledge
Our interview process includes a writing exercise to showcase your written customer service skills. If you’re up for the challenge, let’s chat!
What we’re looking for:
3 years of service industry or customer-facing experience; you’re a pro at working directly with customers across multiple communication channels.
Master of multi-tasking (Even if you were running the host stand with a line out the door at the hottest new brunch spot in town, you’re hard to fluster)
A way with words, both spoken and written. Thoughtful, precise, and warm responses are the expectation for member communication.
Off-the-charts phone skills
Empathy, patience, and compassion.
Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tricks
Understanding and appreciation of the Feast & Fettle brand and member base.
Bonus points for experience working with HubSpot and an affluent customer base
Cool under pressure and a detail-oriented champ
Positive and eager to be a team player
