About FBC Roofing!
FBC Roofing was founded in Oahu, Hawaii about 13 years ago! Our first Utah location in
Lehi opened about 3 years ago, and has been thriving. Since coming to UT, we now have
5 locations across the state: Ogden, Cottonwood, West Jordan, Lehi, and Provo with
plans to continue with our fast-paced growth.With that, comes many opportunities for
growth and leadership in our company. Each of our current general managers started as
a Sales Representative that worked their way up into running their own office!

Job Title: Project Manager

Pay: $55k salary
As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during roofing installation projects. Your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with the roofing crew and tradesmen to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Client interaction
- Act as the on-site liaison between clients and the roofing team.
- Greet clients, address inquiries, and provide updates on project progress.
- Walk the client through the completed project to ensure satisfaction.
2. Communication
- Effectively communicate project timelines, expectations, and any necessary information to clients and back office staff.
- Provide clear and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
3. Issue Resolution
- Address client concerns promptly and work with the lead project manager to implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
4. Quality Assurance
- Oversee project installation and job completion to ensure accurate completion
- Collect client feedback and relay it to the company for continuous improvement.
5. Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and project-related information.
- Gather photos and other documentation during the job installation and upload to customers' profiles on our CRM.
6. Marketing Efforts
- Sollicite reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
- Promote company branding
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a construction or roofing environment, great, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes would be great, but not required.
Proactive and customer-focused approach

Accurate and organized documentation of client interactions.
