We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day customer facing projects for new installations and existing customer service related maintenance. They will work closely with other key stakeholders in the company to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for customers, vendors and building management throughout the course of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying/setting schedules, scopes, implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, vendors and building property management by acting as the day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Perform kick-off calls and onboarding meetings with new customers
• Communicate project status with leadership team to review KPIs and goals are being met
• Work with external vendors to order new service and/or equipment required for the project
• Manage technician schedules and work orders
• Interface with property management to schedule site surveys, cable/equipment installations and other building projects.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in telecommunications and/or IT fields preferred
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have excellent communication skills, includes both written and verbal
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must possess strong leadership skills and ability to guide other team members
• Works well in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be available to answer emergency escalations 24/7

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
