Fawkes IDM is Hiring a Clerk Near Washington, DC
An international law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. is seeking a full-time Records Center Clerk to join their team.
The person will be responsible for providing support to both legal and non-legal staff.
Responsibilities :
- The receipt, maintenance and delivery of the Firm’s client / matter files and attorney’s personal files
- Trust & Estate deposits
- Pepping of material for scanning / imaging; and maintaining inventories of files for accurate and prompt retrievals.
Requirements
- Prior records experience in a law Firm is preferred.
- Demonstration of general clerical and typing skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Must type a minimum of 20 words per minute.
- Ability to maintain pleasant working relations with all levels of personnel.
- Must be available for overtime as determined by the Manager, Records Department.
