SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

Employee to perform storeroom activities such as tracking and maintaining inventory, shipping, receiving, disbursements and identification of parts and supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Must be able to enter information into the SAP, EWM inventory Systems
  • Monitor and create reservations from walk-in customers
  • Perform all clerical functions related to the performance of these duties
  • Perform duties as assigned
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines as assigned
  • Handle logging and reporting of all disbursements received through material control, answer phones, create and maintain files

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess valid driver’s license in order to pick up and deliver parts and supplies
  • Qualify for a CMV(Commercial Motor Vehicle) Endorsement within 30 days of hire
  • Obtain DOT Hazmat certification and Environmental Training certification
  • Pass the forklift driver certification
  • Operate material handling equipment
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs
  • Conform to The Code of Ethics and Standards for Behavior

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Preference of two years of storeroom experience

TRAINING INFORMATION :

Training will be required between the hours of 7 : 00am and 3 : 00pm, Monday-Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as relief days, for the first 30 days

COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILL :

Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills

The hourly rate is $25.54-$34.05 (with opportunity for increases, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement, after beginning employment).
